Refund policy
Refund & Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for change-of-mind purchases, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging
- You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return:
You can request a return online at https://account.easysip.com.au this is the fastest way to get started.
Alternatively, if you have questions, you can contact us at info@easysip.com.au.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund and cover any return shipping costs where required.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for used items, gift cards, or personalised or custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item. Sale items may be returned in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@easysip.com.au.
