Shipping Policy

We process orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery times

We ship from our supplier directly to you. After your order is dispatched, estimated delivery to Australia is 7–15 business days. Please note these are estimates only and may vary depending on customs processing and carrier delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping is $10.00 for standard delivery. Free shipping applies to orders of $44.95 or more.

Tracking

If tracking is available, you'll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Lost or missing parcels
